He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles M. Koppen and Ruth B. Koppen (Green); and his brother Charles E. Koppen. He is survived by: his children, Ron Spaulding, Sharron L. Krouse, Lori L. Polk, Doug Marceron and Susan Owens.
Due to the uptick in Covid we will be streaming the Funeral Service for those who are social distancing.
