We are sad to announce that on June 9, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Josephine Slingluff Kelly of Prince Frederick, Maryland, born in Chevy Chase, Maryland. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clyde Vernon Kelly Jr. and Josephine Hall Kelly; her children, Josephine Hall Koelzer (Joe) of Onaga, Jesseca Slingluff Willis (Julian) of Prince Frederick, MD and Richard Franklin Virgin Jr. of Denver, Colorado.; her granddaughter Adelina Lou Sampson-Virgin of Denver, Colorado.; and her siblings, Clyde Vernon Kelly III (Kathy) of Grasonville and Susanne Kelly Dibert (Sam) of Midlothian, VA. She was also cherished by numerous other relatives and friends.
