It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sheila Ann Stuart (Preston, Maryland), born in Easton, Maryland, who passed away on February 13, 2018, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Clyde Harding. She is survived by: her parent Beulah Nicholson Harding; her husband Philip "Bubby" Stuart, Sr.; her children, John Milligan (Trish) of Preston, Bryan Milligan (Chrissy) of Preston, Philip Stuart, Jr. (Stacey) of Preston, Lori Graves and Terri Riggleman (Jimmy); and her siblings, Rena Baynard (Robert), Joanne Harding, Clyde Harding, Sr. (Nancy), William Harding (Mary) and Keith Harding (Brenda). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren.
