He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Truitt Willoughby of Preston; his sons, Michael Willoughby (Heather) of Preston, David Willoughby (Cheryl) of Federalsburg, Neil Lambert of Harmony and Paul Lambert of Bethel, DE; his grandchildren, Jesse Lambert (Paige), Zack Lambert (Ryan), Morgan Willoughby (Garrett), Brooke Willoughby, Mason Lambert, Mitchell Willoughby, Matthew Willoughby, Chad Willoughby, Dillon Lambert and Meghan Lambert; his great grandchild Waylon Wayne Lambert; and his brother Donald Willoughby.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Framptom Funeral Home (216 N Main St, Federalsburg, MD 21632). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
