He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Medford and Betty Kyger Medford. He is survived by: his son Rodney J. Medford, Jr. (Raven) of Delmar, DE; his granddaughter Christina Medford of Bridgeville, DE; and his sister Barbara Medford Tibbs of Vienna. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
