She was predeceased by: her parents, Betty Ann Cecil and Walter Edward Cecil, Sr.; and her brother Walter Edward Cecil, Jr.. She is survived by: her significant other Charles Price of Preston, MD; her children, Jessica Burke (Danielle), Rachel Hilghman (Travis) of Goldsboro, MD and Timothy Cecil (Shanna) of Preston, MD.; her siblings, Cindy Dement (Jerry), Laura Lewis (Frank), Tammy Sculley (Fred) and Rick Cecil (Cindy); her grandchildren, Marleigh Saia, Parker Vick of Goldsboro, MD, Wyatt Burke, Tatum and Aurora Cecil of Preston, MD; and her stepgrandchildren, MacKenzie Phillips, Cole and Jaxson Dickerson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
