He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Frase and Anna Bessie Eberhard Frase; his wife Barbara L. Frase; and his daughter Theresa Frase. He is survived by: his sons, Leroy Frase, Jr. of Denton and Billy Frase (Kristan) of Hurlock; his grandchildren, Madison Rose Frase and Maura Grace Frase; and also Justyce Mulder.
