He is survived by: his parents, Michael Middleton and Jennifer Middleton; his pet Baxter; his brother Mitch Middleton (Monica); his nephew Matthew; his niece Brenna; his grandparents, Tamera, Gene Middleton, Sharon, George Godfrey, John and Delinia Berger; his uncles, Rick Middleton and Ray Strauss; his aunt Sheri Hancock (Wesley); and his cousins, Julie, Alex, Danielle, Richie, Dillon, Nick and Ben.
