She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Herbert" Hopkins and Margaret Cheezum Hopkins; and her husband James R. Bailey. She is survived by: her daughter Susan Ortega (John) of Rhodesdale; her sister June Wagner of Bethlehem; her grandchildren, Danielle Murphy (Daniel) of Salisbury, Matthew Ortega (Chelsea) of Cockeysville and Jade Johnson (Scott) of Fruitland; and her nephews, John Wagner III (Dodie) of Cambridge, Richard Wagner of Easton and Chet Wagner (Stephanie) of Lenoir, NC. She is also survived by cousins and friends, and two beloved cats.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in her memory to Grace Baptist Church for the Dorcas Missions Fund, Post Office Box 162, Hurlock, MD 21643.
