He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Gustav Frase, Sr. and Minnie Agnes Tjaden Frase; his wife Debbie Jacobs; his sister Janice Linda Frase; and his granddaughter Olivia Ann Patchett.
He is survived by: his children, Diana Patchett of Preston, Scott Frase of Denton and Nikki Morris (Wade) of Preston; his grandchildren, Emilee, Alison, Hailey, Mallory and Mitchell; his brother Carl Frase (Phyllis) of Preston; and his nieces, Kristy Marshall and Jill Ostermann.
