She is survived by: her stepmother Donna Jennings Garman of Waxhaw, NC.; her children, Matthew Ivan Robbins (Katie) of Easton and Kristen Elizabeth Robbins of Preston; her siblings, Teresa Ann Harris (Doug) of Orange, VA., Helena Carol Hubble (Steve) of Federalsburg, Charles Ivan Garman Jr. of Marshville, NC, Shawn Nicklin (Debbie) of Accident, MD, Aimme Clinkscales (Phil) of Monroe, NC and Jamie Cicali (Marc) of Waxhaw, NC.; her grandchildren, Lucas, Mason, Parker and Riley; and her former husband John Robbins of Denton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In Memory of Charlene Robbins, donations can be made to the American Heart Association and National Kidney Foundation.
