It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Andrew Kelley Jr. of Preston, Maryland, who passed away on December 13, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Andrew Kelley Sr. and Beatrice King; his wife Jane Kelley; his children, Andrew Kelley III, Andrea Kelley-Freeman and Pamela Brown; his grandchildren, Bomani Kelley, Bakari Kelley, Vernon Freeman III and Valerie Freeman; and his siblings, Hattie Ruth Jackson, Tessie Mae Maden, Eloise Kelley, Charity Kelley Clement, Lilian Cannon, Percell Kelley, Blanche Olliviere, Harry Twynman, Mary Twynman and Hazel Prattis. He was also cherished by loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
