He was predeceased by: his parents, William Thomas and Mary Thomas; and his sister Carolyn Lewis. He is survived by: his daughter Kelly Myrer (Scotty); his grandchildren, Shannon Bradshaw, Meredith Myrer and Wesley Myrer; his sister Jeannie Chase; and his close friend Elaine Parker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
