She was predeceased by: her parent Ernest Davis; her husband Douglas Bruce Hunter, Sr.; and her siblings, Grover Davis and Marian Taylor. She is survived by: her parent Rada Dennis Davis; her children, Vickie Connors (John) of Pittsville, Marlene Bradford (Jay) of Newark, MD and Douglas B. Hunter Jr.; her wife Susan of Powellville; her grandchildren, Krista Baker Brown, Diana Lewis, Brian Hunter, Steven Hunter and Alex Bradford; her great grandchildren, Blaire Beaver (Nick), Rylee Baker, Abigail Griffin, Lily Hunter and Ayden Hunter; her brothers, Richard Davis (Edwina) and Allan Davis (Joan); her sister-in-law Louise Davis; and also Alda. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in Alda's honor to Powellville United Methodist Church or Powellville Fire Department.
