We are sad to announce that on February 27, 2023, at the age of 87, Rita Hoppe Darling of Potomac, Maryland, born in Warren, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Richard C. Darling; her daughter Wendy Darling; her siblings, O'Ine O'Brien, Sue Crouse, Henry, Helen Smith and Dominic Hoppe; and her parents, Henry Hoppe and Helen Flanigan.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Darling (Vikki), Debbie Norris, Christopher Darling, Marjorie Darling (Mardee), Charles Darling and Mary Darling; her grandchildren, John Pountnay (Mandy), Thomas Pountnay, Jr., Kirstie Darling, Austin, Houston, Dallas Darling, Stuart Dyer (Sinem), Karyn DeSena (Jose Deleon), Corey and Casey Norris; and her great grandchildren, JP, Sophia Pountnay, Maxwell Dyer, Aria and Enzo Deleon.
