He was predeceased by: his parents, John Seikaly and Katherine Majdalani; and his wife Claudine Saunal Seikaly. He is survived by: his children, Natalie, Joanna, Caroline and Richard-John Seikaly, II; his granddaughters, Alexandra, Isabelle and Claudine Khoriaty; his children, Eva and Joe Boulos; and his sons-in-law, Jay Khoriaty and Patrick Boulos.

Visitation was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Saints Peter and Paul Antiochian Orthodox Church (10620 River Rd, Potomac, MD 20854). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 at 1:00 PM at 3411 Arlington Blvd, Arlington, VA 22201.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Beit el Baraka for Lebanon, Saint Jude Children's Hospital, Palestine Children's Relief Fund, or Saint Peter and Paul Antiochian Orthodox Church.
