He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marie E. Cullinane and Jeremiah J. Cullinane; his wife Carole West; his daughters, Patricia Carr (Charlie) of Edgewater, Debra Bitonti (Jim) of North Potomac and Joanne Crow (Danny) of Laytonsville; his sisters, Celeste Lenzini and Maureen Brown; and his grandson Benjamin Carr. He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.
