We are sad to announce that on October 28, 2023, at the age of 90, James S. Burruss Jr. of Potomac, Maryland, born in Takoma Park, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James S. Burruss, Sr. and Ruth Burruss; his significant other John Buckley; and his granddaughter Maria Kim Paras. He is survived by: his family, William Burruss (Lynda), Terri Lynn Seale (Eddy Chance), Domingo Paras (Jacqueline), James Paras (Katherine), Emily Chamberlin (Paul) and Lauren Paras (Michael Lorie); his great grandchildren, Jonah Carrington, Maria Paras and Natalie Paras; and his friends, Charlotte Buckley, Trevor Mattern, Joel Ferris, LaVerne Magarian and Polly Hager.
