He was predeceased by: his parents, Jane Hampson Mooreand and Robert Henry Moore. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Moore of Ocean Springs; his brother Robert Francis Moore; his children, John Thomas Moore, Mary Anne Newcomb (Moore), Robert Ramsay Moore, Rachel Elizabeth James (Moore) and Michael Henry Moore; his children-in-law, Brian Wee, Richard Newcomb, Leigh Anna Moore, Brian James and Nicole Moore; his grandchildren, Mary Isabelle James, Michael Andrew James, Thomas Ramsay James, Richard Remine NewcombIII, Rachel Elizabeth Hazel Newcomb, Rory Ramsay Moore, Hazel Mae Moore, Jack Ramsay Moore, Ashleigh Marie Moore and Adrianna Kim Clark; and also William David Ramsay Clark.
A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church (11701 Clopper Rd, Gaithersburg, MD 20878). A committal service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Rose of Lima Cemetery (11701 Clopper Rd, Gaithersburg, MD 20878).
