He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Francis and Catherine Ann (Fitzpatrick); his brother John Muldoon (Marjorie); and his daughter Kathleen Muldoon. He is survived by: his wife Arline Marie Dauphinais; his children, Paul Muldoon of Waterbury, Peter Muldoon of Silver Spring, Kevin Muldoon of Berlin and Carolyn Muldoon of Potomac; his grandson Sean Flaim (Elizabeth); his great grandchildren, Amelia and Julian of Bethesda, Maryland.; and his sister Mary (Galligan) of West Hartford. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
