He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Lee Russell, Sr. and Thelma Russell (Guthrie); and his brother Gary Dwayne Russell. He is survived by: his sister Melissa Martz (Paul); his nephews, Jamie Russell, Shane Russell, Noah Martz and Aaron Martz; and his caregiver Heather Stafford.
