She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Howard Ratain; her children, Mark Ratain (Giselle) and Jill Ratain (Jeffrey Brown); her grandchildren, Bruce Ratain (Hannah), Jonathan Ratain (Maya), Bryan Brown (Sari) and Rachel Brown; and her great grandchildren, Isaac, Kira and Aly.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the B'Nai Israel Congregation Cemetery (5401 St Barnabas Rd, Oxon Hill, MD 20745). A shiva was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM and at 7:00 PM at the Club Room (12500 Park Potomac Ave, Potomac, MD 20854).
