He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Sherman and Marion Sherman; and his sisters, Deborah and Ruth Kroskin of Norfolk, VA.. He is survived by: his wife Claire Feldstein; his children, Gail Sherman Silverman of Philadelphia and Dr. Gary Sherman of Hagerstown, MD; his grandchildren, Brandon Silverman (Peri Chajet) and Carly Silverman (Jason Fiderer); his children, Jenna Silverman, Allie Sherman and Nicole Sherman; and his great grandchild Chase Steven Silverman.
