He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Douglas McAfee and Lou Ella McAfee. He is survived by: his wife Judith Walker McAfee; his children, Brenda Gale McAfee (Denny Charnock), Ralph Glenn McAfee, Cynthia Louise Smigaj (Phillip), Kathy Suzanne Cahn (Russell) and Steven Frank McAfee (Ashley); his grandchildren, Sheila, Melissa, Jessica, David, Dylan, Alex, Suzy, Bruce and Amy; his great grandchildren, Lilith, Grace, Isla Sue, Hazel, Garrett and Axel; and his great great grandchild Rosalie. He is also survived by his wife.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the La Plata United Methodist Church (3 Port Tobacco Rd, La Plata, MD 20646).
