She was predeceased by: her parents, Nora Hart Welch and John T. Bowie. She is survived by: her daughter Connie; her grandchildren, JT Bowie (Taylor), Randy Heflin (Kelsie), Brylie Bowie and Ashlynn Bowie; her brothers, Ricky Welch (Deana) and Steven Bowie; her close friend Emma Willett (Hill); her significant other James Hill (Chuck); her brothers, Tommy Bowie and Davie Bowie; her daughter Angela Bowie; and her granddaughter Amber Lynn Bowie.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Raymond Funeral Chapel (5635 Washington Ave, La Plata, MD 20646). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family asks donations be made to either the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Association.
