He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Tayac and Mary Lee; and his wife Shirley Ann Tayac. He is survived by: his children, Mark Tayac (Evelyn) and Lenora Dodge (Richard); and his grandchildren, Phillip, Naiche, Ashleigh and Kimberly. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
