He is survived by: his father Joseph John Kudrak; his wife Rosemary Kudrak; his children, Joseph John Kudrak III (Camila Arellano) and Amy DeLuca (Christopher DeLuca); and his grandchildren, Shayla Kudrak and Thiago Cruz. He is also survived by his loving cousins, extended family, and many friends.
