He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Oliff and Sally Oliff. He is survived by: his wife Alice Oliff; his children, Gregory J. Oliff of Ellicott City, MD and Amber N. Oliff of Towson, MD.; and his siblings, Michael Oliff, Jack Oliff, Jr., John Oliff, William Oliff, Nancy Zebron and Melinda Kirby. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
