He was predeceased by: his mother Brenda Charlene Hutchins; and his grandparents, Annie, John Hooper, Peggy and Wilmer Hutchins.
He is survived by: his wife Janice; his stepdaughter Priscilla Marie Heckler; his children, Erin Renae Hooper, Matthew Donald Hooper and Emily Dawn Hooper; his grandchildren, Saniya, Makayla, Jackson, Kayden, Madelyn, Alahna, Amyah, Joey and Jacob; his father Donald Lee Hooper, Sr.; his sister Tamara Lynn Horsemen (Larry); his niece Tiffanie Lynn Marshall (Joshua); and his cousin Charlie. He is also survived by several aunts and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Rausch Funeral Home-Port Republic (4405 Broomes Island Rd, Port Republic, MD 20676).
