He was predeceased by: his parents, FLoyd A. Waby and Elsie Waby (Zemke); his sister Marjorie "Marge" Pruner; and his son Brian Waby. He is survived by: his former wife Judith Hansel; his sons, Michael Waby and Dennis Waby; his grandchildren, David Waby, Samantha Waby, Michael Waby and Megan Gibson; and his great grandchildren, Tyler Waby, Devin Waby and Kali Gibson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
