He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Rovine and Estelle Rovine (Bloom); his wife Barbara Rovine (Wetzel); and his sister Eileen Wyler. He is survived by: his son Timothy Joseph Rovine; his daughter-in-law Michelle Lynn Rovine; his grandchildren, Matthew Blair Rovine and Elizabeth Ann Rovine; and his sister Stacey Murphy.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bel Air-McComas Family Funeral Home (50 W Broadway, Bel Air, MD 21014). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mark's Episcopal Cemetery (175 St Marks Church Rd, Perryville, MD 21903). A burial was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at the Bel Air Memorial Gardens (809 Rock Spring Rd, Bel Air, MD 21014).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to support research for Alzheimer's disease or Parkinson's disease, causes that were close to his heart.
