He was predeceased by: his parents, Wintford Wagner and Lena Billings Wagner; his wife Deborah H. Wagner; and his siblings, Clay Wagner, Gary Wagner, Maxine Wagner and Ann Hildahl.
He is survived by: his children, Darien Wagner of Port Deposit, MD and Karen VanDyke (David) of Colora, MD; his grandchildren, Dylan, Deven and Kaitlyn VanDyke of Colora, MD; his sister Evelyn Green of Wichita, Kansas; and his niece Donna McMillan.
