It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeannine Ann Quinn-Lacey of Port Deposit, Maryland, born in Towson, Maryland, who passed away on August 25, 2022, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Bob Quinn. She is survived by: her mother Regina Quinn (Maskell); her son Devin Lacey; her husband David Lacey; her son Darrin Lacey; and her brothers, Sean Quinn and Ryan Quinn.
