He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Bennett and Mary Stuckey Bennett. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Bennett; his children, James Dayton Bennett, Jr. and Nicolle Williams (Matt); his grandchildren, Kye, Kaiden, Jeb, Andrea and Britny; and his sister Barbara Jebsen (Robert). He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
