He was predeceased by: his parents, John Blevins and Lorraine Blevins (Starkey); and his brother Raymond Blevins. He is survived by: his children, Laura Dahl (Richard) and Steven Blevins; his grandchildren, JoAnna and Joshua Dahl; his siblings, Paul, Richard, Frank, Leroy, Earl Blevins, Cathy Cross and Linda Langley; and his significant other Carolyn Connell.
