He was predeceased by: his parents, James H. Lee and Lorraine S. Lee; and his siblings, Ken (Maggie) and Sue. He is survived by: his wife Gail Lindsay Lee; and his siblings, John (Wendy), Jim (Ruth), Mary Ann (John), Teresa (Chris), Dan (Cindy) and Greg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
