He was predeceased by: his parents, Benson Edward and Henrietta Mae Seger (Hall); and his brothers, Hank and Gary Seger. He is survived by: his wife Julie Seger; his children, Hayley Doane and Chase Seger; his stepchildren, Joy Moore, Bri and Tyler Giarratano; his sisters, Sherry Seger of Hagerstown, MD and Anna Ellis of Inwood, WV; his brother-in-law John Wishard of Hagerstown; and his grandchildren, Donovan, Carson Seger, Alexander and Theo Moore.
