He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Blattler and Lloyd Koeser; and his siblings, Kenneth, Gordon, Polly, Frederick and Ann.
He is survived by: his children, Ken Koeser (Kathy), Karen Shields (Andy), Doug Koeser (Jessica) and Greg Koeser (Rebecca). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Memorial United Methodist Church (17821 Elgin Rd, Poolesville, MD 20837).
