It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Lou Berger of Poolesville, Maryland, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 10, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband David W. Berger; her parents, Gilbert Twigger and Helen Twigger (Lynch); and her siblings, Nellie Leonhardt, Gilbert Twigger, Jack Twigger, Virginia Posa, Harry Twigger and Richard Twigger.

She is survived by : her children, Kimberly Mills (Daryl), Lee Berger (Patty) and David S. Berger (Sandy); her grandchildren, Brian Mills (Caitlin), Casey Mills (Pete), Nicole Mills (Brett), Steven Berger, Sarah Berger and Emily Berger; and her great grandchild Montana Wolgemuth .

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in her memory to the ASPCA.
