It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Linda F. Grubbs of Poolesville, Maryland, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on September 15, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Fred Grubbs; her parents, Millard Edward and Katie Lee Pope (Durham); her brother Edward Pope Jr.; and her brother-in-law Gary Meyer.

She is survived by: her siblings, Lea Meyer, Patty Slagle (Jim) and Don Pope; her sister-in-law Peggy Pope; her niece Lisa Meyer Kimberlee (Joseph); her nephews, Kevin Slagle (Sue), Brian Slagle (Katie), Matt Slagle (Allison), Roger Meyer (Cindy) and Will Pope (Meghan); and her uncle Bobbie Pope (Margaret). She is also survived by numerous great nephews and great nieces as well as many cousins.
