It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Edwin Baur of Poolesville, Maryland, who passed away on November 24, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George and Elizabeth; and his siblings, George, Frank, Jack, Robert, Elizabeth and Mary.
He is survived by: his wife Alice; his children, Linda Bochenski (Danny), Joe Baur (Shain), Karen Wathen and Laura Baur; his grandchildren, Eric, Collin, Devin, Kira, Corinne and Ean; and his great grandchild Theo.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Presentation Catholic Church (17230 Tom Fox Ave, Poolesville, MD 20837). A Mass was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
