With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George Barnes III (Poolesville, Maryland), who passed away on September 3, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Merry Livingston; his parents, Judy Diane Barnes and George E. Barnes, Jr. (Mayrose); his son Christian Smith; and his siblings, Deirdre Burriss (William), Tisha Barnes (Mike) and Evan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and lifelong friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Dewey's name to the Firebirds Track Club, P.O Box 1281; Washington Grove, MD 20880.
