With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Fred A. Swick of Poolesville, Maryland, who passed away on June 29, 2021 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Swick and Lou Swick. He is survived by: his children, Andy (Christina) of Darnestown and Kelly (Ted Gardiner) of Urbana; and his grandchildren, Maddie, Brady, Emmy Gardiner, Lily, Rhett and Wyatt Swick.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to Girls on the Run (girlsontherun.org) or Good Sports (goodsports.org), a nonprofit organization providing lifelong benefits of sport and physical activity by providing equipment, apparel, and footwear to children in need.
