We are sad to announce that on April 9, 2022, at the age of 87, Frances Ann Bass of Poolesville, Maryland, born in Durham, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Dr. Billy G. Bass; and her parents, George Godley and Callie May Godley. She was also cherished by 5 daughters, their spouses, 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimers Association in her memory.
