Anita Patricia Pryor Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anita Patricia Pryor of Poolesville, Maryland, born in Annapolis, Maryland, who passed away on May 8, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Salvador Hiponia and Violet Hiponia (Francisco); and her husband Harvey Pryor. She is survived by: her children, Tom Pryor (Kathy) of Wilmington, NC, John Pryor (Robin) of Mount Airy, MD, Rick Pryor (Donna) of Centreville, VA and Michelle Pearre (Jody) of Poolesville, MD.; her siblings, Dolores Sheckells, Maria Pettit, Verna Radcliffe and Joseph Hiponia; her grandchildren, Melanie, Lauren, Joey, Sydney, Hunter, Brady and Luke; and her great grandchildren, Madison, Brooks and Jayden.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Anita to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, a cause close to her heart.
