She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Matthews and Russell Matthews; her husband Bill Small; her brother Bill Matthews; and her aunt Sara Scott Dallas.
She is survived by: her son David; her daughter-in-law Cindy of Dover, DE; her grandchildren, Jessica Burkhardt (Geoff) of Felton, DE and Trey Small of Dover, DE; her sister-in-law Katie Belle Matthews (Gaskins) of Berlin; and her nephew Richard Small (Terry) of Lewes, DE. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
