He is survived by: his children, Janice Allen Conquest, Rev. Recie Allen Marshall (Powell) of Stockton, MD and Herbert N. Brown of Snow Hill, MD; and his stepbrother Walter Allen (Eloise) of Baltimore, MD. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
