He is survived by: his wife Charlene Renee Lipscomb; his sons, Mark Wayne Lipscomb and James Clifton Cypress, Jr.; his sister Bernadette Johnson; his grandchildren, Autumn M. Lipscomb, Mark C. Lipscomb, James C. Cypress III, Adiah S. Cypress, Calvary W. Cypress and Mackenzie S. R. Cypress; and his great grandchild Xavier Mitchell. He is also survived by aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, in-laws, and friends.
