She was predeceased by: her siblings, Butch Adams and Sandry Lankford; and her parents, Reginald Adams and Sara Margaret Adams. She is survived by: her sons, David (LeAnna) and Paul (Kimberly); her grandchildren, Cody and Joey (Hope); and her siblings, Clark Adams and Patricia Gotwalt.
