He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dorothy Milligan (Fagan) of Princess Anne, MD and Riley "Bunky" Evans; his sister Debbie Esham; his wife Gail Evans; his children, Aimee Reese (Patrick) of Crisfield, MD and Mandy Evans of Pocomoke, MD; his grandchildren, Harper Reese, Anna Holland and Noah Reese; his siblings, Bruce Milligan, Billy Milligan and Stephanie Evans; and his stepmother Sharon Evans of Princess Anne, MD. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews and many, many cousins.
